Top talent from within Northern Illinois Soccer League (NISL), Twin Cities Soccer Leagues (TCSL), Great Lakes Alliance (GLA), Club Development League Iowa (CDL), and Heartland ECNL Regional League will compete against one another in front of id2 scouts.

2013 and 2012 age groups will be represented.
